Howdy Pard'ner

Tonight we went to our ward Western-Hoe Down Party at the church.. We had a great time.. For dinner we had some great soups and chili (congrats Alicia for winning best overall chili!!)and cornbread. After dinner there was square dancing and a wagon ride. Thank you to the Activities Committee for planning this, you did a great job!! Here are some of the pictures we took tonight.

They had great decorations and scenery!

My cute little cowboy!

When Gary was in High School he went to Wheeler Farms a lot on the weekends to do swing dancing.. Here he is showing Madi some of his moves!!

Madi went missing and here is where we found her.. She was "drawing a story".. Madi has really enjoyed drawing and coloring lately.

Ha ha! I have to wonder who would've won if I hadn't went on a political campaign for my own chili. :)

Great fun last night! And cute pic of you guys!

Your activities person needs to head on over to our ward and give ours a kick in the pants. I think the three ward activities we have are a Christmas party, Trunk or Treat, and a 4th of July breakfast. None of them had decorations, and none of them had very good treats. That looks like so much fun!

Looks like it was so much fun - we had to be out of town for my grandma's 75th birthday party, so we didn't make it. But we heard that everyone had a great time. Loved the pics of y'all dressed up - too cute!
