We had a great Easter this year!! We had the annual neighborhood Egg Hunt and pot luck brunch(thank you Kathy Hicken) which was great! It wasn't even that cold this year. Usually we're all in gloves and shivering while we eat.
After that we headed up to Grandma Myers' house for an egg hunt up there too. She has done this for awhile now and the kids love going up and spending time with Kayla and Ashlee. Thankfully we dyed the easter eggs up there and didn't have to make the mess in my kitchen. This year we wised up and dyed the eggs in the backyard. Thanks for the great afternoon Grandma and Grandpa!!!
Easter Morning we enjoyed watching the kids hunt for their eggs and candy. The best part of Easter in our family are the Reese peanut butter eggs, yum!! Abi had her first taste of the wonderful PB eggs.
After our egg hunt and candy breakfast we headed off to church. We had a wonderful day! It was great! Later that day we went to our friend's house, the Eldridge's for a wonderful dinner!! Good times!
I made the girls dresses this year. Madi loved that they were matching. I don't know how long that will last so I'm gonna enjoy it while I can.
