Some friends in the neighborhood decided to have a pumpkin bake-off! We were supposed to make something made out of pumpkin, but it had to be a new recipe that we hadn't tried before. We had pumpkin muffins, pumpkin sweet rolls, pumpkin granola, pumpkin black bean soup, pumpkin bars, and pumpkin cheesecake. Everything there tasted so good! I made the pumpkin cheesecake and was quite surprised that it turned out okay!! I had never made cheesecake before.
I had a great time ladies!! Thanks for the nice afternoon!
